Can we reschedule if the weather is bad?
Absolutely! We understand that Bali’s weather can be unpredictable, so we offer flexible rescheduling to ensure you get the best possible experience. (T&C Applied)
How long does it take to receive our photos and videos?
We take great care in editing each photo and film to perfection. But we also understand that you want to see the result instantly. We provide an express photos for you to see. Typically, you’ll receive your final images within 60 working days after you have chosen the photo to be edited. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Do you help with location recommendations?
Yes! Whether you want a beach sunset session, a mountaintop adventure, or a lush jungle setting, we’ll help you choose the best location that fits your vision.
What should we wear for the photoshoot?
We recommend outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. Soft, neutral colors often work best for a timeless look. Need help? We can provide styling tips based on your chosen location.
We’re camera-shy. Can you help?
Of course! Most of our clients aren’t professional models, and that’s completely okay. We create a relaxed and natural atmosphere, guiding you with simple directions while allowing genuine moments to unfold. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and enjoy the experience!
How do we prepare for our session?
Once you book, we’ll send you a guide with tips on how to prepare, including outfit suggestions, location details, and what to expect on the day of your shoot. Our team is always here to answer any questions.
Do you travel outside of Bali?
Yes! While we are based in Bali, we are available for destination shoots. If you're planning a wedding or session outside Bali, let’s discuss the details!
Can we request a specific editing style for our photos and videos?
Yes! We have a signature style—natural, timeless, and elegant—but we’re happy to discuss any preferences you may have. Let us know your vision, and we’ll ensure the final edits align with your expectations.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak seasons in Bali. Some clients book months in advance to secure their preferred date. However, if your session is last-minute, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
